The same being good service be kept with the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed certified copies of orders in C-47/2015 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Sealdah wherein it is seen that vide order dated 09.03.2021, the accused/convict has paid the fine amount as directed by the trial Court and affirmed by the Appellate Court. Let the certified copies of orders be made part of the record.

On payment of the total fine amount, the learned trial Court has been pleased to dispose of the complaint case and has discharged the accused/convict from the bail bond on compliance of the sentence.

Accordingly, in view of the said order, the revisional application has become infructuous and is disposed of as infructuous.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
