The matter was dismissed for default by an order dated August 5, 2021 and was subsequently restored to its file and number by an order dated March 22, 2022. The petitioner is not represented today and no accommodation has been sought.

In view of the same, this Court is inclined to hold that the petitioner is no longer interested in proceeding with the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition being W.P.A. 9426 of 2021 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
