Petitioner being the owner of the conveyance has filed this writ petition making prayer for direction upon the respondent authority concerned under the WBGST Act to release the conveyance in question. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 8346 of 2023 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to make application under proviso to Section 129(6) of the WBGST Act within seven working days from date and if such application is made by the petitioner within the time stipulated herein, the same shall be considered and disposed of and respondent authority concerned

shall take a decision for release of the conveyance in question expeditiously upon compliance of all other formalities which are required to be complied by the petitioner. Such conveyance shall be released within three days from the date of compliance of such formalities.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
