Petitioner has approached this Court as she complains that inspite of sanction plan being granted and she had been erecting boundary wall, the same is interfered with by the private respondents and as such she is unable to construct the said boundary wall which is within the land owned by the petitioner. To that effect information was furnished before the police authorities however, police authorities did not interfere with the same.

Report has been submitted by the State which reflects that having considered that no untoward results and a proceeding has been drawn up under Section 126 of the BNSS on or about 18.04.2025.

The police authorities have also in the report stated that the dispute is civil in nature. Police authorities have already drawn up proceedings, they would continue their surveillance and ensure that no

breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incidents results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 8358 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
