Learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court that in Misc. Ex Case No.177 of 2022, there were arrears contended on behalf of the opposite party to the tune of Rs.1,10,000/-.

The distress warrant which has been issued in Misc. Ex Case No.177 of 2022 be kept in abeyance till May 6, 2024. Within the aforesaid period if the petitioner deposit an amount of Rs.55,000/-, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Howrah would recall the distress warrant and grant two more instalments of 45 days each for clearing rest of the arrears.

With these observations, CRR 1327 of 2024 is disposed of.
