The petitioner is in custody for about 13 months in connection with this case in which charge sheet has already been submitted.

It would appear from the order dated 03.02.2021 passed in CRM 9267 of 2020 that bail was rejected by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court considering the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of the CR.P.C. There does not appear any further change of circumstances.

Therefore, the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The trial judge is directed to see that trial is concluded within a shortest span of time by examining the witnesses. (Shivakant Prasad, J.)
