....for the State The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as per Rules within one week of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioners are the parents-in-law of the victim and a sister-in-law. According to the parties, the husband remains arrested.

The victim was burnt to death and the door of the room was found to have been bolted from outside. The investigation has been completed and the chargesheet filed.

Considering the material against these petitioners, they need not be taken into custody at this stage. In the event of arrest, the petitioners will be enlarged on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each, one of

whom each must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioners will also comply with the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

CRM 5316 of 2020 and CRAN 3632 of 2020 are disposed of.
