Apparently, her economic and marital status were being misutilised by the petitioner.

The victim claims that, she was raped by the petitioner. Considering the materials in the case diary, the age of the victim and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1489 of 2023 is dismissed.
