Case Diary has been produced by the learned 21.08.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.24 Rakib advocate appearing for the petitioner.

I have perused the Case Diary and prima facie, I am satisfied particularly with the grievance which is the subject matter of the writ petition relating to the CCTV footage not being relied upon in the charge-sheet. On perusal of the charge-sheet it reflects that as per the seizure list dated 25.02.2025 the CCTV has been relied upon by the State.

Having considered the same, I am of the view that if the petitioner is aggrieved otherwise he would canvass the issues before the jurisdictional Court in seisin of Jorabagan PS case no. 25/25.

Police authorities would ensure that there is no breach of peace and tranquility as was earlier directed in the order dated 05.05.2025.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 8365 of 2025 is disposed of.

Case Diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
