Ms. Soumita Ghosh ...for the petitioner It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that after filing this writ petition, the petitioner has come to know that the relevant building was constructed upon obtaining a sanctioned plan from Midnapur Miunicipality.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 9079 of 2024 is dismissed.

This order will not prevent the petitioner from challenging the sanctioned plan.
