Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail by an order dated 24.06.2025 and had been complying with the conditions of meeting the Officer-in-Charge/Inspector-in-Charge of Jiaganj Police Station thrice in a week.

Report submitted by the State reflects that there are no complaints so far as the compliance of the conditions are concerned.

Accordingly, the earlier condition imposed for meeting the Officer-in-Charge/Inspector-in-Charge of Jiaganj Police Station is modified to the extent that the petitioner will once in a month meet with the concerned Officer-in-Charge/Inspectorin-Charge.

So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same would remain unaltered.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
