He submits his bail came to be cancelled due to sharp practice adopted by his lawyer. He is not responsible for the conduct of his lawyer. He prays for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits trial is in progress.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses and documents collected during investigation inter alia show complicity of the petitioner in receiving money on the false promise of giving employment. Charge has been framed and trial is in progress. Vulnerable witnesses are yet to be examined. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
