Item 10 tbsr In the matter of:- Ashok Das 20.05 Ms. Manika Sarkar .....for the petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the revision petition and the petitioner would not like to press the present application and instead he would like file a proper application afresh on the self-same grounds.

Written instruction given by the petitioner is taken on record.

On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioner in filing a proper application afresh on the self-same grounds.

On the further prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Office is directed to return the certified copy annexed with the revision petition to the learned advocate on record of the petitioner upon usual undertakings and upon supplying a photostat copy of the same for the record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
