The regular Criminal Court is already in seisin of Dholahat P.S. Case No.

of dated 13.03.2025.

Presumably, the Special Court should be in seisin of the instant criminal case.

Since the agony and anxiety of the present petitioner was for recovery of the victim girl who was not traceable and the initiation of the regular case did not

yield any result, the petitioner under such circumstanced approached this Court. The primary grievance of the petitioner being satisfied, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 8313 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
