1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that contraband was allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner when the petitioner was not present there.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that 600 bottles of phensedyl were recovered from the house of the petitioner and the seizure was made in the presence of the independent witnesses.

3. In view of the materials available in the case diary and the restriction contained in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
