It has also been submitted that the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions.

Learned advocate for the defacto- complainant is present and emphasizes on the injuries inflicted upon the injured by the present petitioner.

Learned advocate for the State produces the case diary and draws the attention of the court to the statement of the injured.

I have taken into account the injury report.

Having considered the totality of the circumstances including the period of detention and without commenting on the merits of the case, I direct the learned trial court to release the petitioner on bail after the stage of consideration of charges is over. To that effect, if any accused is absconding, the learned trial court would be at liberty to split up the trial of the case after exhausting the process of law. One of the considerations of bail - while granting to the petitioner, would be that the petitioner should stay outside the jurisdiction of Kotwali Police Station.

At this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM (M) 912 of 2026 is disposed of.
