Prasenjit Mukherjee, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that service upon Mr. Rajib Mallick, erstwhile learned advocate on record is complete.

It has also been submitted by Mr. Mukherjee, who is presently representing the petitioner that "No objection" has been given by the said Mr. Mallick, learned advocate and Mr. Mukherjee undertakes to file Vakalatnama with "no objection" in course of this day in the department.

Since it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner does not want to proceed with the writ petition, writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
