The present writ petition of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to make an inspection in terms of the non-tendered by the petitioner in spite of illegal construction is going to be made in respect of the plot No. 260, Mouja Shyamasundar, J.L. No. 72, Raina Police Station, Burdwan East and to demolish the same. None appears for the petitioner in the present case. The matter has never been moved. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for default.
