This petition is filed with a prayer for leave to file appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 25.01.2024 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 35 of 2017 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Sealdha thereby learned Judge reversed the conviction order of the learned Trail Court and acquitted the accused. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant has submitted that learned Appellate Court failed to appreciate the evidence adduced on behalf of the complainant. 3.

Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, leave is granted.
