Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to a notice inviting tender dated 14th February, 2019, a work order was issued in favour of the petitioner by the Executive Officer, Bankura 1 Panchayat Samity for construction of Natungram Khalifapara Gravers at Andharthole Gram Panchayat. After completion of the work, completion certificate was issued in his favour on 10th November, 2020. The petitioner requested the concerned authority on several occasions to release the tender amount but no amount has been released in his favour till date. The petitioner submitted representations before the Executive Officer, Bankura 1 Panchayat Samity, being the 3rd respondent herein, himself and through his learned advocate on 2nd December, 2024 and 25th March, 2025 respectively and seeks consideration of the same. In view of the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by

the petitioner dated 2nd December, 2024 and 25th March, 2025 respectively within four weeks from the date of communication of this order upon granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner, in accordance with law. Necessary consequential steps be taken by the authority at the earliest. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
