The petitioner has made an application for transfer on medical ground, which is pending before the school authority. The school had duly issued No Objection and declaration after conducting the relevant medical examination of the petitioner. 3.

The school has not yet been able to forward the petitioner's application to the respondent No. 5 for onward progression of the application.

In view thereof, the respondent No. 6, the head of the institution, is directed to forward the offline application of the petitioner to the respondent No.

5. The concerned D.I. upon receipt of the application will take necessary steps for expeditious onward progression of the petitioner's application.

With these aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
