In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authority as well as the State-respondents. 3.

The petitioner's application for transfer on the general ground (distance) made sometime in 2025 is still pending. The school authority has issued the 'No Objection Certificate' as well as the declaration, but has been unable to forward the same to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE). 4.

Since the 'UTSASHREE' portal is presently suspended, the respondents will consider the application in the Offline mode.

The school authority is directed to forward the said application along with 'No Objection' and declaration by June 30, 2026 to the respondent No.5 (District Inspector of Schools (SE). The respondent No.5 will take steps for expeditious onward progression of the application.

With these aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 8.
