Petitioners renew the prayer for bail.

There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection. The trial is in progress. The prosecution witnesses are being examined. Therefore, at this crucial stage, we do not deem it appropriate to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Moreover, there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 1187 of 2022 is dismissed.
