Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of co-accused viz., Pintu Mondal standing on the same footing with petitioner was turned down by this Court in December, 2023 3.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
