At the time of call no one appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for. Previously it appears on two occasions hearing of the writ petition was adjourned. On 22nd December, 2022 matter was adjourned thereby leave was granted to the learned advocate representing the petitioner to take necessary steps.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
