The Corporation afforded opportunity of hearing to all the parties.

The petitioner alleges that the fate of the hearing has not been made known to the parties.

None represents the private respondents.

The postal endorsement in respect of the respondent nos. 6 and 7 mentions that the envelope was refused.

As it appears from the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the HMC that the matter was heard by the Corporation, accordingly, it is incumbent from the Corporation to pass an order and communicate the fate of the hearing to the parties.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the competent authority to communicate the fate of hearing to the petitioner and the other parties at the earliest but positively by 31st July,

2023.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
