On careful perusal of the administrative report along with the report of bailiff, I find that the notice could not be served as wife of the petitioner refused to receive notice after taking instruction from the petitioner/husband.

From the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am of the opinion that petitioner is not at all willing to proceed with this revisional application.

Accordingly CRR 1090 of 2016 stands dismissed for default.

All connected applications, if there be any, also stands dismissed.
