Petitioner submits that the representation dated 11.10.2017 as Annexure P-5 to the writ petition made by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Bankura to the Commissioner of School Education with regard to remuneration of Guest Teachers of Govt. Model School has not been considered till date. Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Commissioner of School Education to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation being Annexure P-5 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representative, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

Let it be recorded that the Court has not gone into the merit of the case and the respondent concerned shall decide the case independently by applying his judicious mind.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, the

allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.

WPA 7348 of 2019 is disposed of.
