Instructions of the Officer-in-Charge, Sankrail Police Station dated 11.08.2021 filed by the learned counsel for the State is taken on record.

It is submitted that son and daughter-in-law of the petitioner have left his house about two months ago. It is further submitted that in respect of the complaint of the petitioner, a specific case was started at Sankrail Police Station and a charge sheet has been submitted vide Sankrail Police Station Charge Sheet No. 496 of 2020 dated 31.08.2020 under Sections 341/323/325/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 24/25 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007. In that view of the matter, nothing further needs to be adjudicated in the instant writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
