1. These intra court appeals have been filed by the State and Others aggrieved by certain observations/directions issued by the learned Single Judge dated 03.04.2023.

2. On going through the order we find that it is only an interim direction issued permitting the students to sit for the examination. The learned Writ Court has also directed the result of the petitioners shall not be published without the leave of this Court.

3. Thus, we find that the rights of parties is yet to be adjudicated and decided and, therefore, the

present appeals are not maintainable at this juncture.

4. The learned Advocate appearing for the College would submit that there are certain other issues concerning the students though they have been permitted to take the examination.

5. All issues can be adjudicated in the pending writ petition and if the appellants or the College seek for any specific direction, it will be open to move appropriate application in the pending writ petition.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the contentions raised by either parties and the parties are at liberty to canvass all grounds in the pending writ petition.

7. With the above observation, the appeals stand disposed of.
