The petitioner joined service in February 2024 and applied for transfer on the ground of his disability in December 2025.

As per rules of transfer, only confirmed teachers can apply for transfer. In the instant case, on the date the application for transfer was made, the petitioner was not confirmed in service.

In view of the above, prayer of the petitioner seeking direction upon the authority for consideration of his application for transfer cannot be allowed.

The writ petition is dismissed.

It will be open for the petitioner to make fresh application seeking transfer in accordance with

law.
