[ By an order dated May 4, 2022, the petitioners were enlarged on anticipatory bail on the condition to report before the Investigating Officer once a month till the conclusion of the investigation.

Report submitted on behalf of the State be taken on record. It appears from such report that, the police are conducting further investigations pursuant to the order of the Writ Court. Since a Writ Court directed further investigations to take place, it would be inappropriate on our part at this stage to relax the condition of the order granting anticipatory bail as prayed for. IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2023 in C.R.M. (A) 2046 of 2022 is dismissed accordingly.
