Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner applied for general transfer on special ground by a writing dated December 16, 2019. The same is yet to be decided.

None appears for the State despite service.

In the facts of the present case, since there is an application for general transfer on special ground, it would be appropriate to request the respondent no.2 to consider and decide such representation, in accordance with law,

preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order to him.

W.P.A. No.6268 of 2020 is disposed of.
