Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is staying at Berhampore and he has to go to Bankura as per the condition so imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Bankura in connection with Complaint Case No.31C/2019. The order was passed on 22.02.2024.

Having regard to the conduct of the present petitioner, the learned Magistrate, 6th Court, Bankura would exercise his discretion.

However, having regard to the fact that the case is under the provisions of summons procedure, I direct that such condition would continue till the month of June, 2024. The petitioner would meet with the Officer-inCharge, Berhampore Police Station once in a month as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Bankura and submit a compliance report on the regular dates so fixed by the trial court.

The trial court is directed to dispose of any application under Section 205 Cr.P.C. so pending on the next date so fixed or within a month thereafter.

With these observations, CRR 1332 of 2024 is disposed of.
