Supplementary affidavit filed in Court today be taken on record.

The petitioner's original application for transfer on medical grounds was allowed and processed by the respondent authorities and she was transferred to Chowhati High School (H.S.) at Sonarpur Baruipur, South 24 Parganas as Assistant Teacher in Geography subject in normal section.

It is submitted that the School had mistakenly advertised the vacancy and no such vacancy in fact exists. It is further submitted that consequently, the petitioner has submitted a re-recommendation form on the Utsashree portal with three new Schools of her choice.

In that view of the matter, the Central School Service Commission shall within a period of three weeks from date, dispose of the petitioner's request for

being posted to one the three Schools chosen newly and as available in Annexure - P/8 to the supplementary affidavit.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
