Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 16.02.2024 passed in Criminal Revision No.295 of 2023 which was preferred in connection with Misc. Case No.379 of 2022. Learned revisional court refused the interim prayer for stay which is a cause of grievance.

Having considered that the revisional application is still pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 4th Court, Barasat, I am of the view that until and unless whole of the revisional application is disposed of, this Court should not interfere with any orders passed therein. Records reflect that the next date has been fixed on 13th May, 2024 for SR and Appearance.

Learned revisional court is directed to ensure that the revisional application is disposed of by 31st July, 2024. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1336 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected applications, if any, is consequently

disposed of.
