Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners intend to surrender before the learned ACJM, Arambagh, Hooghly and will further adhere and cooperate on the dates so fixed before the learned trial court. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the warrant of arrest so issued be stayed till 5th July, 2023. In case the petitioners surrender and prays for bail before the learned ACJM, Arambagh, Hooghly, in that case, the learned ACJM, Arambagh, Hooghly would consider their bail application in accordance with law. In case they do not appear by 5th July, 2023, the warrant of arrest so kept in abeyance be revived and the learned trial court would proceed to the next harsher process of law.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1258 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
