Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record. Learned advocate appearing for the State at the inception pointed out that the provisions of Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added in connection with Khardaha Police Station Case No.402 of 2023.

Having considered that the charges under higher Sections have been added, the petitioners, who were earlier on bail, are to apply for separate remedy under the law. At this stage, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners intends to withdraw the present revisional application in spite of warrant of arrest being issued.

Accordingly, CRR 1337 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
