This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of an application for rejection of plaint under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed in connection with Title Suit no. 413 of 2025 pending before the learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division) 2nd Court at Howrah.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, direction for prior service of copy of the revisional application along with notice is not being made. However, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of the order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 3.

Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and having perused the materials on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division) 2nd Court at Howrah to dispose of the petitioner's application for rejection of plaint under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two

months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, CO 1263 of 2026 stands disposed of.
