Ct. No.17 Learned advocate for the District Primary School Council, Birbhum has submitted that after going through the medical report which is wholly in favour of the petitioner, the primary council has withdrawn the transfer order and the petitioner will work in the school where she is working now.

Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not getting salary from February, 2022 to September, 2022. This salary is to be paid immediately within a period of 15 days from the date of communication of this order by the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Birbhum.

With this observation and direction the writ application is disposed of.

Instruction withdrawing the order of transfer, as has been indicated above, is kept on record.
