Considering the submission of the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, Government of West Bengal Central School Service Commission being respondent No. 5 to consider and dispose of the pending representation dated 15th December 2018 being Annexure P-7 to the writ petition with regard to claim of appointment in question,in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representative, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

WPA 7367 of 2019 is disposed of.
