Mr. Sanjoy Ghosh ....for the petitioner Mr. Arjun Ray Mukherjee Mr. Joyjeev Medhi ....for the respondents Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition on the ground that relevant authorities have not been made parties to the writ petition.

Considering such prayer, WPA 8019 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, since the impugned order is of 01.11.2021, the writ petition was filed in April, 2022 and the prayer for withdrawal has been made for the first time on 1st July, 2022, this Court is not inclined to giving any liberty to the petitioner.
