The petitioners are aggrieved by the factum that there is a separate meter room of the applicants and in spite of that the applicants are trying to occupy the meter room and that of the present petitioners.

As an ex parte order was passed the present petitioners did not have any audience before the ld. Executive Magistrate.

Accordingly, I direct that the aforesaid part of the order be stayed for a period of 15 days. If the petitioners prefer an application under section 144(5) of the cr.p.c. before the ld. Executive Magistrate, Serampore, Hooghly in connection with N.G.R.(S) No. 197 of 2024, the Ld.

Magistrate would hear out both the parties and dispose of the application in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1343 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
