In this writ petition, petitioner has made an innocuous prayer for direction upon the CIT (Appeals) concerned to dispose of his pending appeal expeditiously and considering his such prayer, this writ petition, being WPA 8023 of 2022 is disposed of with a request to the CIT(Appeal) concerned to consider and dispose of the pending appeal in question relating to assessment year 2017-2018 (as appears at page 65 to the writ petition) expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment.
