It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the instant writ petition was filed with a prayer that the lease period may be extended for six months. Now, it is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the said period is already over and the instant writ petition becomes infructuous by efflux of time.

In view of such submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of being infructuous.
