Anwar Hossain, Ms. Amita Gaur ...for the State The present application has been preferred inter alia praying for relaxation of the conditions of anticipatory bail, as incorporated in the order dated 12th August, 2020 passed in CRM No.5339 of 2020.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that upon completion of investigation chargesheet has already been submitted and as such, the condition to meet with the investigating officer be waived. Mr. Ahmed, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appears on behalf of the State.

Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering the materials on record, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 12th August, 2020 passed in CRAN 3653 of 2020 to the effect that 'the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer of the case once in a week', is waived.

The application being CRAN 2 of 2020 is disposed of.
