The petitioner is praying for a direction upon the West Bengal Information Commission, the respondent no.2 herein to dispose of the Second Appeal filed by him under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005. Learned Advocate for the Commission submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the said appeal has been disposed of. He hands over the copy of the decision of the said appeal to the learned Advocate for the petitioner.

In view of such development, no further order need be passed in this matter.

WPA 9482 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
