Though petitioners is not present but in the interest of justice, I am inclined to pass the order directing the respondent No. 5 to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioners making prayer for consideration of prior permission process for filling up the post of Headmaster being Annexurer P-4 of the writ petition, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks from date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioners within two weeks thereafter.

WPA 7398 of 2019 is disposed of.
