the present revisional application has been filed challenging order dated 28.01.2015 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Contai allowing the prayer for return of seized excavator machine in favour of opposite party No. 2 in G.R. Case No. 856 of 2014 arising out of Patashpur Police Station Case No. 267 of 2014 under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Sandip Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the State in compliance to the order dated 9.6.2022 submits status report. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. It appears from the report that the opposite party No. 2accused in the case has been acquitted from the case. Accordingly, the present revisional application stands dismissed.

All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
