Mr. Mallick, learned advocate appearing in support of the instant revisional application submits that since the suit itself has been decreed, the instant revisional application has become infructuous. Having regard thereto, he does not wish to proceed with the instant revisional application. A copy of the decree dated 12th November 2024 is retained with the record. 2.

Considering the submission made by Mr. Mallick and taking note of the fact that a judgment has already been delivered on 12th November 2024 decreeing the suit, let the instant revisional application being C.O. no. 1145 of 2024 be dismissed as having been infructuous.
